We have a 30 day return policy on unused products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it in.
To complete your return, we require an order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Approved returns will be processed and automatically credited back to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
If you believe you have a defective unit contact our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org, immediately. You'll be required to send back the old unit before we can exchange it for a new one. Any exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product to be valid.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.
You are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning your item.
