> Prizes are hand selected by our staff and raffle winners are chosen at random.
> Winners have 14 days from the time the ticket is drawn to claim the prize.
> Tickets are non-transferable and belong to the account holder who purchased the ticket.
> Winning tickets will be reentered into the contest to be eligible to win future prizes

Place an order through our website for either the Sploofy Smoke Filter or 3 Pack and you will receive one golden ticket with your order.

If you have the winning ticket, email a photo to info@sploofybrand.com to claim your prize. You have 14 days to claim your prize. Shipping fees apply for international winners.

I ordered a Sploofy Smoke Filter when it first launched, do I still get one?

Yes! We will email your golden ticket number to the email address we have on file.

I didn't purchase my Sploofy through sploofybrand.com, can I still get a ticket?

No, only Sploofys purchased through our website qualify for a ticket. You can still purchase our Three Pack of replacement cartridges for a golden ticket!

Where can I find my golden ticket?

You can find your golden ticket under the black cap of your Sploofy container or on the back of your Three Pack bag of cartridges.

What if I lost my ticket?

How many tickets can I have?

If you place another order in the future, you're eligible for another ticket. Refunded orders result in cancellation of that ticket.
